OptiDesk is open source - anyone can self-host it, read the code, or contribute.

Managed hosting is closed to new servers and sunsets on September 25, 2026. Existing hosted servers keep running until then; after that, self-hosting from GitHub is the way to run it.

Charities & Non-Profits

Self-hosting OptiDesk is free for everyone, including 501(c)(3) non-profits - no licence or documentation needed.
