It all happens where your community already is.
No web app, no context-switching. OptiDesk lives in Discord.
i want to appeal my ban
We've automatically detected this is about an appeal. To help us, please answer:
- Which punishment did you receive?
- The infraction ID, if you have one
- Your evidence — or how you'll avoid it again
- 01
A member opens a ticket
They pick a category from your panel and write a short reason, and a private thread opens instantly.
- 02
IntelliTag fires a preset
Spot a keyword like “appeal” in their reason and OptiDesk instantly posts your prepared response - gathering the information needed for staff to act, or resolving it outright. No AI, just fast keyword matching.
- 03
Staff claim, escalate,
One click to claim, add and remove, and tools are readily available. When ready, your staff can close it out — a secure transcript is saved automatically.
Support that runs itself.
The questions you'd answer a hundred times never reach a human - IntelliTag presets catch them on the way in.
- ✓Repetitive questions, caught the instant they're asked.
- ✓Staff freed from copy-pasting the same reply.
- ✓Tickets that resolve before a human is ever pinged.

Yours to harden.
Your members trust you with their data. OptiDesk is open source, so the code is public and you're always in control of who can see what.
Open and auditable
Every line is public on GitHub - see exactly how member data is handled, no black box to trust blindly.
Encrypted & logged
Member data and ticket history are encrypted, and access is recorded, by design in the code itself.
Your infrastructure, your rules
Self-hosted means data never leaves servers you control - harden it however your team sees fit.
Free. Forever. Self-hosted.
OptiDesk's source is public - clone it, run it yourself, no licence fees, no per-seat costs. Managed hosting is closed to new servers and sunsets Sep 25, 2026; existing hosted servers keep running until then.
Your questions, answered.
What is OptiDesk?+
An enterprise-grade, open source Discord ticketing bot - private-thread tickets, automated answers, unique staff tools at the ready to improve productivity, and secure transcripts, all native to Discord.
Is OptiDesk secure?+
Yes. Member data and ticket history are encrypted, and access is recorded. We spend hours and budget ensuring OptiDesk is the most secure out there.
Is OptiDesk paid?+
No. OptiDesk is free and open source. Managed hosting used to carry a lifetime licence fee - that's sunsetting, so self-hosting is free from here on.
Do you use AI?+
No. IntelliTag is deterministic keyword matching you configure - predictable, private, and fast.
What are IntelliTags?+
Per-server presets - prepared responses that fire when a keyword appears in a ticket. A keyword like “appeal” can post the answer (or a form to continue with) and even resolve the ticket before staff are pinged. You configure them; they're deterministic, not AI.
What happened to the hosted/managed version?+
Managed hosting is closed to new servers and fully sunsets on September 25, 2026. Existing hosted servers keep running until then. After that, self-hosting from the GitHub repo is the way to run OptiDesk.
Can I partner with OptiDesk?+
See the Partners page, or ask in our Discord.
Does OptiDesk offer transcripts?+
Every ticket is archived as a secure transcript with recorded and signed access.
How do I contact support?+
Open an issue on GitHub, or ask in our Discord community.
